One of the fastest ways to increase your sales for your company – no matter what business you are in is to establish your unique selling proposition otherwise known as USP!

We live in a 3-6 second attention span culture and as a result – you should be able to identify your unique benefit to a customer in less than 6 seconds…really!

Make Yourself Known With Your USP

You have a great opportunity to “make yourself known” on a great piece of “virtual” real estate and here is where you can keyword optimize your bio to enhance your ability of getting to page one of Google and to drive traffic from your Twitter account to your website.

As an example of a great background graphic that broadcasts their “Unique Selling Proposition“, take a look at http://twitter.com/nakedpizza background.  Statistically, it has been proven that when you first go to a webpage, your eyeballs first look to the top left corner.  Note on Naked Pizza’s Twitter background how they use the most precious piece of “virtual real estate” on Twitter and have a great picture of their pizza with the words “think before you bite” and they communicate their U.S.P. -

Also note how the Naked Pizza owners signed it as “Randy and Jeff” to keep it ‘casual’ and fit the branding of Naked Pizza.
