Here is something you may not have thought about. I’ve done this myself. You find a fantastic deal on a property that has lots of equity in it. Your IRA then contracts it, puts it in escrow with $3,000 Earnest Money Deposit. You find another investor that wants this deal badly, and your IRA sells/assigns the contract over to that investor for $15,000. You have just earned a phenomenal return for your IRA in one week!
