A very good, easy and FREE tool is Google’s Picassa software that you can download for free and you will be amazed how easy it is to use. On my next post you will see an easy lesson on how to “Pump Up Your Photo” so that a prospective buyer has an immediate emotional response to the house for sale that says “Yes…I want to know more about the house”.
For instance, you want a prospective buyer to have a ‘warm’ feeling when looking at the house rather than think the house is ‘cold’ right?
