I think it’s going to be on the lower side, since that’s how you roll (thank goodness for me). And, the word is that you should price your goods ending with a seven rather than a nine, sooooo….. I think it’s going to be $97. I guess some others have guessed that too but I really think that is the price.

Hi Maria – some of your products have been $97 to your students and then gone on to sell for $197 to the rest of the world. But this sounds like a “high-end” product, so the $197 label fits … but then, it is Christmas, so I will plump for $97. Sounds like a bargain !

I have a recurring vision … and it is $147.
I have not been around long, but I do know that Maria loves to end things in 7. People love products that are less than 100. For some reason it just seems more reasonable. So I go for something really radical… $97.97
Yanik Silver interviewed Jimmy Sweeney several months ago on one of our mastermind calls and in that interview Jimmy discussed some split testing he did on price points and this is what he said:
Tested $197 versus $97 and $97 pulled four to one in orders- so $97 was much more profitable.
Then he tested $97 versus $79 and $59 (3 way test) and $79 was the clear winner after 3 months.
…$79 beat $97 and $59…
So based on this intensive testing my choice is $97.00 reduced to $79. If you want you could price it for $79.00 for the 1st (x) number of orders or days, then increase to $97.00.

here is one for you and the pricing…Here goes!
You said the price would be between $91 bucks and $200. Here’s my price formula, take the last digit or digits of both prices and add them together to come up with the price, example, take the 1 of the $91, and the 00 of the $200, remember I said digits, not just digit, so that will include both the zero’s, and when you combine them both, you will come up with $100 in normal retail pricing structure.
Now if you want to give that $100 the internet marketers pricing structure, you would just “round it down” to $97, since it’s so close to $100.
$100, the normal retail price structure, or the internet marketers “rounded down version” of the pricing structure of $97.
You choose, which version, but I think I know what you will choose, Ms Internet Marketer. (Smile)

It will be $97. If you wanted to price it $197 you would not use the range of $91 to $200 since your readers would be disappointed then.

My guess
it will be $167 with a $50 discount = $117
Since Maria is doing something different this time, my guess is $99 (instead of her usual price ending in “7″, AND because this is 2009). She will throw in a discount for her former students of $20.10 (to celebrate the year 2010). At what ever price it is, rest assured that Maria will over deliver as she always does!!
