Fractional real estate is the industry that is really growing in all parts of the world with special emphasis to few of the countries, like Middle East is the region where there have been a tremendous growth to yield $1.2 billion as annual sales. In countries like Canada and Caribbean where most people like to go for vacations, the annual sales of fractional properties have been more than $1.9 billion in 2007. This $1.9 billion sales show that there has been an 18 percent growth in the industry as compared to last year, i.e. 2006. It is the comparison of the year 2007 and 2006, but, the research of statistics shows that there has been a consistent growth in the market in the last decade. However, this growth is really supposed to be on an upsurge in coming years as people are considering it a right thing to invest in.

That is the reason why it is supposed to be a billion dollar industry which will play an important role in coming years as it is always playing a crucial role in Middle East’s economy.
