Facebook is certainly allowing small businesses to survive and thrive for many people…proving it is no longer just for kids!
Take for example one lady from Canada. Gerene Murphy, in a little town called Windsor in Canada…sells perogies for $7 a dozen via Facebook that she 'cooks up from home'!
To earn some extra money, Ms. Murphy began selling her perogies to friends and family for around $7 a dozen and then set up a Facebook page and uses the classifieds site Kijiji to advertise them. (see source below)

Another perogy business in Facebook having 'branding issues'…But what is MORE SHOCKING…is the FIGHT over the business name, Perogy Princess!
