Seriously, if you see the same type of titles on the page of Craigslist ads, it is kinda boring, ho hum the same isn’t it?

Now what can you do to make a difference, stand out and have the viewer click your ad…here are some simple ways:

1. Use capitals in some of the Craigslist title so your Craigs list ad stands out. For example, if I were to advertise a House for Rent in Las Vegas…then I’d put in a ‘marketing selling word’ in capitals and change the title to:

STUNNING Las Vegas Home for Rent

Notice how I changed ‘house’ to ‘home’ as well? Why? Because ‘home’ is really a better more ‘ownership’ in the readers mind word to use.

NOTE – I’m using a real estate example here but it can apply to ANY category on craigslist – whether you are selling a computer, a used car, a book, an affiliate product you are promoting, an event, a service…any ad on craigslist.

2. Another tip on how to make your craigs list ad stand out from the crowd: Add symbols to the beginning and end

So from my above example – here is what I’d do to make my Craigs List ad different from the others:

or

$$$ STUNNING Las Vegas Home for Rent $$$

…or you can add words yourself, do you see how I’m trying to let the reader know that this might be sold real soon if they don’t act now?

Using the above example again – here is what I’d add to the title to make the Craigs List ad stand out:

See below for the massive upswing in CASH reserves banks are holding – hmmm…bailout in October, first month in last 12 months cash deposits from banks into the federal depository earning interest goes up like a ROCKET!
