OMG, I came across this ebay real estate auction recently highlighed in this press release saying “crazy realtor auctions property for a buck“. Well when I went to see his ebay real estate auction I was also shocked to see the number of prospective buyers already checking it out…over 500 buyers in less than 4 days….WOW.

I also liked the animated character or avatar he used to describe the auction. If there were any awards for ‘WEBBY Gold ebay Real Estate Auction’, this realtor takes the cake! He has certainly applied all the secret tactics as described in the award-winning virtual real estate investing system you find over at the virtual real estate investing boom site.

In an live telephone interview, the realtor revealed to me that he has received numerous calls over the last four days from qualified buyers and is very pleased with how the ebay real estate auction is going. Kudo’s to this top Web 2.0 realtor for using best of breed in his auction. He has great pictures, great calls to action, links back to his fully optimized web 2.0 website and even had the smarts to get a press release out.
